Keeping the Fall Warm

Some quick tips for the season:

Start your day with a sweet cup of LBD Chai Spice. This blend is naturally caffeinated, so it will help you get out of bed and will keep you warm all day long. Make it into a Chai Latte with the simple recipe below. Who needs coffee?

Ingredients:

1 tsp of Teaquilibrium LBD Chai Spice
6 oz of water
2 oz of milk or soy milk
sugar (optional)

Directions:

Bring Chai Spice and water to a boil. Add the milk and let it boil for another two minutes. Strain and sweeten to taste.
